Documents you need to enter Canada
Many visitors to Canada do not need a visa but will still need an Electronic Travel Authorization if arriving in Canada at an airport. This applies to visitors from nearly all countries, including the United States.

Visitors from some countries need travel visas from the Canadian government.  It can take several weeks or months to get a visa authorized, so check the Government of Canada website that lists all the requirements.

If your visa requirements include having an official invitation letter from the conference organizers, we can write one. Send an email with all of the information you need to include (it varies by country) to the conference co-chairs.
