For our March gathering, Minnesota-based writer, editor, and translator Mac Gill will share behind-the-scenes writer-editor insights on the launching of the new exhibit “Exhibiting Japan: The Japan Pavilions at the New York World’s Fairs in 1939–1940 and 1964–1965” at The Digital Museum of the History of Japanese in New York, as well as discuss what it means to be an online-only museum. Mac has served as the museum’s project manager since 2024, working on two exhibits so far with the museum.
