Kanji Dictionaries and CJK Lexical Databases

Jack Halpern, president of the CJK Dictionary Institute, will discuss kanji dictionaries (especially the [url=http://www.kanji.org]New Japanese-English Character Dictionary[/url]) that provide an in-depth understanding of kanji based on new concepts and describe the CJK Dictionary Institute, which is engaged in the development of a comprehensive database covering every aspect of the ways Chinese characters are used in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
